My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms were spotless and modern, the best I've experienced in Sorrento, and the pool added a nice touch to the overall experience. However, the room entry could be improved as it sometimes lacked a knock or pause before entering.

The service was remarkable, with staff providing valuable advice on local attractions and going above and beyond, even fussing over my baby at breakfast.
